Who am I
I began my career as a paralegal between 2014 and 2019, managing a caseload of clinical negligence claims alongside some personal injury work.
I qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in May 2019, which allowed me to take on more complex cases and assist on high-value matters, including birth injury claims. I was promoted to Associate in 2020 and then to Senior Associate in 2022, taking on additional supervisory responsibilities.
In January 2026, I joined Fletchers to further specialise in birth injury work, giving me the opportunity to focus on complex, high-value cases within a dedicated specialist team.
What I specialise in
Why I do this work
I’m motivated by a strong sense of fairness and a genuine desire to support those who have been let down. Working with families affected by clinical negligence gives real purpose to what I do.
My aim is to help clients find answers and a sense of accountability, while also contributing to improvements that may help prevent similar experiences for others.
A key part of my role is supporting families as they adjust and move forward, helping them access the resources they need to make everyday life more manageable and secure.
How I work with clients
I work hard to build trust with my clients, understanding that they often come to me after feeling let down. I approach every case with empathy, taking the time to explain things clearly and simply so clients feel informed and confident.
My aim is to create a supportive environment where clients feel heard and understood and are able to make sense of each step in the process.

Outside of work
I’m very family-oriented and really value the time I spend with loved ones and close friends. I enjoy getting out and about, exploring new places and meeting new people. When I’m relaxing at home, I enjoy watching true crime documentaries – along with my guilty pleasure, The Real Housewives.
