Who am I

I lead a team representing clients in personal injury claims, with over 19 years’ experience specialising in Employers’ Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) cases.

I am a highly experienced lawyer and I manage cases from the start through to trial, including complex and unusual claims that require creative strategies to prove breach of duty and achieve strong outcomes for my clients.

Why I do this work

What keeps me passionate about personal injury law is the people. Over the last 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals through some of the most challenging periods of their lives. An injury doesn’t just affect someone’s physical health, it can impact their confidence, family life, finances and future plans, and I find real purpose in helping clients regain a sense of control and ensuring their voices are heard, and that changes are made to prevent these accidents from happening again.

How I work with clients

My approach is simple: treat every client as an individual, not a case number. I take the time to understand how an injury has affected their work, family life, hobbies and future plans because that bigger picture is often key to achieving the right outcome. I know that legal processes can feel overwhelming, so I focus on being approachable, responsive and supportive.

My team

One of the greatest strengths of our team is that we all bring something different to the table. I’m incredibly proud of the way we support one another and our clients, always striving to deliver the best possible outcome and never losing sight of the person at the heart of the claim.

What I enjoy about working at Fletchers

My career at Fletchers has been one of the most rewarding chapters of my professional life. I’ve been given opportunities to develop my technical expertise, progress into leadership and continue working towards my professional qualifications, all with the support of colleagues who genuinely want to see each other succeed. What I value most is the people. From the clients who trust us to help them through difficult times, to the talented teams I work alongside every day, there is a real sense of purpose behind what we do. I enjoy the challenge and variety that fast track personal injury litigation brings, but equally the opportunity to mentor, support and develop others.

Outside of work

Outside of work, I am a proud fiancée, mum to three boys and dog owner, and I love spending as much time as possible outdoors with my family. Whether it’s exploring new places, heading off on a road trip or simply enjoying nature, being outside helps me recharge and find balance away from the demands of a busy career. One of my biggest passions is wild swimming, whatever the season, it is my favourite way to clear my head and reset. I also volunteer, when I am able, for my son’s Cubs group.
