Who am I
I am a specialist personal injury solicitor with particular expertise in representing clients who have sustained life-changing and catastrophic injuries. This includes acquired brain injury, traumatic brain injuries, spinal injuries, polytrauma (orthopaedic injuries), and chronic pain conditions.
I act exclusively for injured individuals who have suffered serious harm as a result of road traffic accidents, accidents at work, public liability incidents, and other forms of negligence. A significant proportion of my caseload involves clients with brain injuries, where early intervention, specialist rehabilitation, and long-term support are critical to achieving the best possible outcomes.
I studied Law at the University of Essex and completed my Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, Guildford. Following my LPC, I gained valuable experience as a Paralegal in a busy local personal injury firm for 18 months before securing a Training Contract as an in-house Trainee Solicitor at Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council. I qualified as a solicitor in August 2013 and have since dedicated my career entirely to representing injured persons, with a strong focus on serious and complex injury claims.
What I specialise in
Why I do this work
Beyond my legal practice, I have a genuine personal interest in brain injury awareness and support. I am a trained Boccia leader and regularly attend Headway Surrey, where I play Boccia with service users affected by brain injury. This involvement helps me better understand the real-world challenges faced by those living with neurological injury and informs my client-centred approach.
How I work with clients
I am deeply committed to ensuring that my clients receive the highest standard of care and support from the outset. I understand that sustaining a brain injury or other catastrophic injury can be overwhelming, not only physically and emotionally, but also when navigating the legal process. I therefore place strong emphasis on early and appropriate rehabilitation, working closely with case managers, medical professionals, and statutory services to support recovery and maximise independence wherever possible.

Outcomes
Serious arm injury after a road traffic collision
After a road traffic collision left our client with life-changing injuries to his arm, he faced years of surgery and rehabilitation. I secured a substantial settlement that reflected the long-term impact of his injuries. The compensation helped fund ongoing treatment and support, giving him the financial security to focus on his recovery and future with his family.
Amputation caused by a workplace accident
When our client was struck by a heavy vehicle at work, he suffered devastating injuries that led to the loss of his leg and significant sight loss. I secured a seven-figure settlement to support his future needs. The compensation allowed him and his wife to move into a more suitable home, access specialist rehabilitation and continue using advanced prosthetic support to maintain his independence.
“I am deeply committed to ensuring that my clients receive the highest standard of care and support from the outset.”
