As Chief Commercial Officer, I focus on driving revenue, growth, and profitability.

I’m closely involved in our M&A strategy, helping to grow the business and overseeing due diligence. I also created an industry-leading approach in this area. In June 2023, I was awarded an MBE for my services to charity.

I also lead our Learning & Development transformation, helping to build strong leaders across the business. This includes launching an Executive Coaching Programme to support high-performing senior female leaders.

I love my role as Chief Commercial Officer and my leadership in the business because I believe growth should never come at the cost of humanity. Throughout my career, I’ve seen how organisations can either compound harm or become powerful vehicles for justice, care and dignity, particularly in sectors supporting people at their most vulnerable.

My motivation at Fletchers is to build a business that grows with integrity: scaling through thoughtful M&A, stewarding responsibly at Board level, and developing leaders who lead with courage, emotional intelligence and accountability. What inspires me is helping senior leaders align commercial success with purpose—so that the way we grow strengthens not just the firm, but the people it serves and the ones who lead it.

I don’t work directly with injured clients, but I work relentlessly in service of them. As a leader, I set the agenda that shapes how we show up for clients across the business through strategy, standards and culture. My approach is to create clarity of purpose, align teams around what truly matters, and ensure our growth, including through M&A, strengthens client care rather than diluting it. I bring a blend of commercial rigour and human insight, challenging senior leaders to make decisions that are principled, sustainable and empathetic. By developing leaders, setting direction at Board level and holding the organisation to account, I help ensure clients are served with consistency, integrity and dignity, even when I’m not the one in the room with them.

My career at Fletchers has been shaped by the rare opportunity to grow a business ambitiously while holding values at its core. In my role, I bring together my experience in M&A, cultural integration and leadership development to help scale the firm in a way that feels purposeful, aligned and human. I find deep fulfilment in leading complex acquisitions that don’t just add commercial value, but genuinely strengthen our culture and create opportunity for our people.

What I enjoy most is the breadth and complexity of the work. No two days are the same, from shaping strategic growth and Board-level decision-making to coaching some of our most senior leaders to be the best versions of themselves. Supporting leaders as they navigate challenge, step into confidence and lead with clarity is a particular joy, and one of the most meaningful aspects of my role. Fletchers has given me the space to build a true specialism at the intersection of growth and values, while continuing to evolve my own leadership.
