A standout client that Ben has represented is the story of Mick, who was injured at roadside while helping another motorist. Mick had pulled over to check on a driver who had spun off the motorway. A second car lost control and struck Mick, leaving him with serious facial and lower limb fractures.

Ben and the team secured interim payments to fund much needed rehabilitation for Mick. These interim payments are vital for covering such things as early treatment and therapies that help clients access the care they need without delay while their claim progresses.

The case also involved Ben navigating complex legal issues, including the deportation of the defendant and insurers disputing liability. After rigorous negotiation and litigation, Mick received a substantial six-figure settlement, four times the amount initially offered, ensuring he had access to long term care and support.
