£10 Million Case Settled for Spinal Injured Client

Our client, Darren suffered catastrophic injuries in a motorbike accident after a lorry failed to stop at a give-way junction.

The accident, in which Darren was thrown from his motorbike, left him with catastrophic injuries and requiring permanent assistance with his breathing. Darren has since undergone complex surgery to have a phrenic nerve pacer fitted to aid his breathing.

Three accident reconstruction experts investigated the case, and a High Court Trial took place in which the lorry driver was found to be completely liable. Darren’s case was then settled out of court, with a lump sum of £4.1 million awarded.
