The incident

On Valentine’s Day, before heading to work, Mike went out for what should have been a routine ride. As he approached a set of traffic lights and began turning left, another driver pulled out in front of him. The collision caused him to come off his motorcycle, with the bike landing on top of his legs.

The Settlement

When Edson told me that they’d back down and claimed full liability, it was a relief. I was very happy with the result and when I picked up my new bike, it was like being a kid again.
