Adam Rigby

I’m a Police Liaison Coordinator with over 20 years’ experience working for Nottinghamshire Police. I spent a significant part of my policing career as a detective, including within the Serious Collision Investigation Unit, where I worked as both an investigator and a Family Liaison Officer. Supporting people through some of the most difficult moments in their lives has left a lasting impact on me and continues to shape my approach today.

I now work as part of the Marketing and Business Development team, where I bring this experience and insight to help build strong, compassionate relationships and ensure a sensitive, client-focused approach in all that I do.

I’m committed to ensuring that clients feel fully supported throughout the civil process, helping them to achieve the best possible outcomes.

My approach is centred on bringing both sides together; drawing on my experience to support and develop police teams, while ensuring that those affected by serious collisions receive the understanding, care and guidance they need.

I take a flexible, solution-focused approach to everything I do, always looking for practical ways to move matters forward. I pride myself on my “can-do” attitude and consistently go the extra mile to find a way through challenges and deliver the best possible result.

We have a strong team ethos, working closely together, sharing knowledge and supporting each other for the success of our clients.

The ability to build and shape something that doesn’t currently exist but has genuine, real-world value for clients. Being able to contribute to meaningful developments and see a positive impact is particularly rewarding.

I’m part of a large family and have a close network of friends I enjoy spending time with. I also love cooking and have developed a growing passion for smoking meat!
