Who am I

I represent individuals and families who have suffered life-changing injuries due to medical negligence. I handle a wide range of complex cases, including brain and spinal injuries, amputations, and fatal claims, acting against NHS trusts, private hospitals, and GPs.

I act for a group of former patients of Mr Mian Munawar Shah and victims of rogue surgeon Ian Paterson, many of whom have suffered permanent and life-altering harm. I’m passionate about holding negligent practitioners to account and ensuring my clients’ voices are heard.

I often visit clients at home, recognising the importance of offering support in a familiar and comfortable environment. I also explore assistive technologies to help clients adapt to life after injury. I was honoured to be named Solicitor of the Year 2025 by the Birmingham Law Society, as well as Greater Birmingham Young Professional of the Year 2025 (Legal & Overall).

Why I do this work

I chose to be a specialist medical negligence solicitor because I care deeply about people feeling heard and believed after experiencing harm through no fault of their own. I focus on guiding clients through what is often one of the most difficult periods of their lives, ensuring they feel supported throughout the litigation process. I’m passionate about standing alongside those who have suffered life changing injuries, whilst supporting and advocating for them to rebuild their lives with dignity, reassurance and hope for the future. I’m committed to improving patient safety across both the public and private healthcare sectors.

How I work with clients

I handle a broad range of complex cases, including brain and spinal injuries, amputations, and fatal claims, acting against NHS trusts, private hospitals, and GPs. I take a thorough and client-focused approach, working closely with each client to understand not only the detail of their case but also the wider impact on their daily lives.

I’m known for providing clear, compassionate advice, breaking down complex medical and legal issues so clients feel informed and confident at every stage. I place real importance on building strong relationships, ensuring clients feel supported, listened to and understood, while guiding them through what can often be an overwhelming process.

Outside of work

I’m family orientated and my three sisters are my best friends. I have a love of fashion and feel my most confident in bold and colourful outfits. I enjoy boxing, yoga, weightlifting, swimming and running. I recently completed the 2026 London Marathon raising over £4,000 for Molly Olly’s, a charity supporting children living with life threatening illnesses.
