Nicholas Tubb

I’m a Partner in our clinical negligence team, and I’m based in our Birmingham office.

I have specialised in acting exclusively on behalf of patients and their families for over 20 years, and I’m an accredited member of the solicitor referral panel of the patient charity AvMA (Action Against Medical Accidents).

I find real satisfaction in helping clients who have been injured to succeed in such a challenging area of work as clinical negligence, and in securing the best possible outcomes for them. In particular, I take pride in working to maximise their damages so they have the support and resources they need for the future.

I like to take the time to understand my clients’ work and life patterns in detail so I can fully appreciate how their injuries, or the loss of a loved one, has affected them. This helps me ensure their case accurately reflects their experiences and needs.

What sets our team apart is our meticulous focus on the detail of the evidence, both on liability and the personal and financial impact of negligence, combined with real tenacity in pursuing the best possible outcomes for our clients.

I’m very active, and enjoy yoga, running, cycling and hill walking. Being active really inspires and motivates me, I’ve even trekked extensively in Kashmir, Ladakh, Nepal and many more countries, this feeds my love of travelling and sport very nicely.
