Understanding making an injury claim under the Montreal Convention 1999

If you’ve suffered an injury while on an airplane or helicopter, you may be entitled to compensation under the Montreal Convention 1999. This international convention covers accidents that occur during international travel by air and allows passengers to bring a claim against the airline they were traveling with. Under the treaty it covers all accidents “that occur during international air travel or in the course of any of the operations of embarking or disembarking”. This means that it could apply if you have suffered an injury going through security/passport control etc. This can be on departure or arrival at your destination. Once we establish the unique circumstances of your case and made our assessment, we can proceed with bringing a claim to secure your rightful compensation.
